Maintaining good mental health is close to my heart – which is why, in association with Môn CF, I launched a drive to get 100 people on Anglesey mental health trained.

Mental health problems transcend all boundaries. It does not matter what colour you are, what language you speak, what age you are, what gender you identify as, or how much money you have – we are all susceptible.

It is incredibly important that we raise awareness of mental health issues and I want to encourage as many people as possible to undertake training that will help them identify potential signs and support both themselves and others.
